Hi, I'm Silvia.
Founder of Iommix Ltd, and the person who actually built this website, with Claude.
I set up Iommix to help CEOs, Founders, CMOs, Managing Directors and growth leaders with their international go-to-market.
Iommix is built on more than 20 years in global demand generation, at Vodafone, GroupM, JLL and Global University Systems. As a founder, I have Masters in NLP, marketing, digital analytics and finance. AI certified. CMI member. My strength is Performance Marketing, but I read the whole commercial system: products, people, data, process.
20 years learning how growth actually works.
Iommix is built from two decades inside the businesses I now advise, agency side and client side, in start-ups and big enterprise, in call centres and in boardrooms. Here is my professional story before Iommix.
Setup my own business
After my second maternity leave, a rigid full-time employed role stopped fitting the life I wanted, and that reopened an idea I'd carried since I ran a startup inside GroupM years earlier. Today I do not work less, I work more flexibly.
Now I work with international leaders on cross-border growth, bringing order to people, data, process, tech and culture, because I've lived the friction myself and know what it costs to ignore it.
Where I went deep on education, my other lifelong passion
I moved into education, a sector I already loved as a lifelong learner myself, this time running performance management, then marketing operations and performance marketing across a global group of institutions. It's also where I went back to studying and got another postgraduate degree in Finance and Digital Analytics (more on that below).
The move that rewired how I think about scale
I took what I thought was a short-term move to London. It became a full career reset. I went from managing local teams to running EMEA, then global, marketing roles.
London gave me an international network and a much wider view, professionally and personally. I still plan to move back to Italy one day, with the location agnostic business that I am building. I'll go back as someone quite different from who left.
Agency side, ad tech, and a wide client book
I moved agency side and got exposure to a broad range of clients, across industries, B2B and B2C, and to programmatic, DSPs, SSPs and predictive AI, years before AI became hype language. It's where I learned how differently agencies and clients read the same numbers and see priorities.
Ecommerce and digital advertising
I was hired into the leadership programme. Before I even started, they put me on the shop floor and had me listen to call centre calls for a full quarter, on top of a call centre job I'd already worked for a competitor during school.
It changed how I do marketing. Most organisations still run on that same gap: marketing builds personas from reports, while sales hears the objections every day. I heard real customers: why they bought, why they walked away. I understood sales and support teams from the inside. That's the model I still use.
The studies that strengthened me.
Learning is my hobby before it's a professional asset. It just happens to pay off both ways, first as an employee, now running my own business.

I started this while working with my former employer in education. The intention, as a marketer, was to look at the student experience end to end, and mostly to go deeper into finance and digital analytics.
Finance fluency matters more the more senior you get. It's how you translate marketing KPIs into language the board actually respects.

The choice behind Iommix.
For years I built an international career: EMEA roles, then global ones. I led strong teams. I travelled constantly. I loved most of it.
Something shifted after my second maternity leave. I wanted more flexibility while my children were small, and I knew I could still lead international teams inside complex organisations, just on my own terms.
Close to a decade earlier, I'd managed a startup in Italy, within GroupM. I loved that experience. The idea of building my own business never really left after that.
So I left. Now I work with international leaders on cross-border growth, bringing order to people, data, process, tech and even culture, because I've lived the friction, translated the misalignment, and know what it takes to scale a team and its operations without losing your sanity.
This is still early. In year 1 of practice, I've already onboarded clients across a range of industries, including S&P Global. See the case studies →

No pitch. Just a conversation.
If you've read this far, you already know more about how I work than most people do before a first call. I don't run a script. Tell me where growth is stuck, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
