SectorsWe're location-agnostic. We go deep in a few industries.
Iommix is built to work in any industry, as long as the brief is international. Where we move the needle fastest: ad tech, martech, education, real estate, telco and financial services.
Iommix is Silvia Iommi's practice. The sector depth below started before Iommix did, in the roles she held first.
Innovation, ad tech, martech and AI.
The media supply chain is well known territory: DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, data clean rooms, and the margin games sitting between them.
More recently, Iommix ran an independent sales strategy and go-to-market review for a media curation adtech platform, Qrate, to support its international expansion.
Martech is the natural next step from ad tech, and it's where Iommix is most at home. Silvia's enterprise background came with recurrent marketing ops briefs related to Martech: stitching together a CRM, an automation platform, an attribution model and a handful of data sources that were never built to talk to each other.
Deploying Martech is not a project you finish. It's infrastructure that you build and improve overtime. Get it wrong, and every campaign running on top of it under-delivers and under-reports its own results.
AI has been part of Iommix's DNA from day one. Silvia started working with predictive AI back in 2013 at GroupM, now WPP Media, years before Iommix existed and years before ChatGPT.
Education.
Education marketing runs on enrolment cycles that don't forgive guesswork. Iommix has built the systems both in-house and as a fractional lead.

9 months at the London School of Business and Finance taking marketing and sales from independent review through to handover.

Real estate runs on long sales cycles, high-value decisions and stakeholders who trust relationships more than anything else. It's a different rhythm to demand gen in tech, and Iommix now works in both.
Telco.
Vodafone is where Silvia's telco expertise is grounded: B2C mass-market acquisition, B2B retention economics and a regulatory backdrop that shapes every brief.
It's a sector built on subscriber lifetime value, and that thinking carries into Iommix engagements now.
Financial services & market insights.
Iommix ran an independent Global Paid Media Audit for S&P Global, reviewing paid strategy across divisions and regions ahead of a governance redesign for the agentic AI rollout. Earlier, Silvia's time at NIQ Italy added the market insights side of the business.
Financial services buyers move slowly and are strongly regulated. Iommix builds paid media programmes that survive that scrutiny.
